You understand that any item that you do not pick-up within 30 days from the date of purchase will be considered abandoned.  You understand and agree that you will be charged a reasonable fee (not less than $50.00 per month per item) for storage for any item(s) that is considered abandoned.

If however, any item(s) is purchased via a 90 day lay-a-way plan, you of course will not be subject to any fee for storage unless such item(s) is not picked up within 90 days from the date of purchase.

In the event you do not pay for or abandon any item, we will have the right of reselling, removing, storing or disposing of the unpaid or abandoned item.  You understand and agree that you will be legally responsible for all expenses including storage expenses associated with your delinquent account or abandoned item(s).

All items sold are antique or vintage and will have wear appropriate to the age of such items.  We make our best efforts to describe current condition including repairs and restoration as well as provide photos on our website.  All sales are final.  We are here to assist you in your buying process!
